Yes, all reservation must be payd in advance. Payments can be made by cash, PIX or credit card. Bookings of more than two nights require 50% of the total amount as a guarantee, and bookings of just one night require 100% payment in advance. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in and extra charges at check-out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Elo and American Express. Personal and credit card details are encrypted for your security.
Yes, our hotel is Pet Friendly! We allow up to 1 small pet (dog or cat), weighing a maximum of 3 kg. You must present an up-to-date vaccination card at check-in. The pet may not frequent the eating areas or be left alone in the room. There will be a charge of R$ 50 per day per pet. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by the animal to furniture or furnishings. It is compulsory to take the animal on your lap or on a leash outside the room. The hotel reserves the right to ask for the animal to be removed if it causes noise or a nuisance to other guests
